There are differences in the kinds of energy things possess at the physical level. for example- the energy from eating meat is a heavy denser energy. This is why many of the spiritual practices abstain from eating meat. My teachers used to advise against eating meat or heavy meals, before doing journey work, meditation and healing. Something in the intrinsic nature of meats, the energy- made it more difficult to shift the psychic energy into those altered states/ planes of being/ resonances.
So we do know that the levels of energy at the physical level change.. have different aspects, as you noted- from meat, from vegetables, from nature… all different. And this is the same nuance I am referring to at the level of ” subtle energy” Yes, as healers, we all draw on the energy field… but I am beginning to think that all these energies that different approaches use- may be ever so slightly different from each other. This might also account for why one modality might work for a person, when another modality did not. What if it isn’t necessarily the person, or the healer– although those things do also play a part. The client has to be in a place where they are willing to heal, resolve and release whatever the “stuck energy” or old pattern was.
The healer also has to have the skill, capacity and talent to be able to work with the client and the issue. As we all know ( or should), not all work is for a healers hands- and can, does not necessarily equal “should.” Aside from that though, the healer has to have the experience and/ or expertise to address an issue/ energetic.
But what if there is another, unaccounted for part of the equation. Just like Traditional Chinese medicine, and to some degree, western herbalism: which understands that 2 people might have similar symptoms. But each person may respond to different remedies, or have different underlying causes ( which require different approaches/ remedies).
perhaps working with the subtle energy fields is the same. Physics research is confirming and “proving” more and more that everything is made up of tiny vibrating pieces of “string energy.” and they are not necessarily all identical. Perhaps those subtle fields, string, resonances, etc.. are NOT all “vanilla.” Perhaps we “flavour” them as we access and use them. But- it is equally possible and plausible that all those different types of subtle/ string- come with their own inherent distinct aspects. This is not to say they are more or less ‘refined’ the way the physical energies earlier mentioned. But that they have different nuances as part of their intrinsic nature. Perhaps chi, prana, salka, psychic energy are subtly different, because different modalities access and utilise differently resonating string/energy.
This could account for why a client does very well with one modality, but not with another– or with one practitioner, but not with another. Different modalities may be different resonances, aka prana, chi, etc.
And as noted, particularly with current knowledge and technology, it isn’t possible to know one way or another- but it is an interesting consideration, and could add perspective to the ways we think about healing, modalities and “success/failure.”
