Teri is an author and healer and horse trainer, She bases most of her work on the teachings of the High Andean Spirituality. She is available for workshops and presentations.
Teri has studied with many teachers from both North and South American medicine teachings- mostly from the High Andean traditions of Peru. She also has many years experience training dogs and horses, working with abused animals.
Teri teaches holistic equitation from her Horsewise program in Vermont. She teaches the holistic riding program for Green Mountain College, in conjunction with their therapeutic recreation program. This approach is in keeping with their environmental and sustainability mission. She also offers camp programs and day-programs for all ages around holistic approaches to horses and riding. She is currently developing a program for at-risk and non-traditional learners.
She holds a Masters degree in Education, specializing in the development of curriculum- HOW people learn best. Her prime area is in working with at-risk and non-traditional learners. This understanding helps in working with clients and students. Clients and students create meaning and depth from their experiences that enable genuine and lasting change.
Teri is also a trained herbalist and Bowenwork bodywork practitioner. She incorporates all of her broad range of modalities into her work with clients and students.
